Returns
You can return your item within 10 days of the original purchase date. You may exchange it for another product or request a refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product was purchased within the last 10 days.
- It is in its original packaging.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You’ve obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
Note: Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Shebag.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only full-priced items qualify for a return.
