Customs and Import Taxes
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches the destination country. Shebag is not liable for these charges and does not handle any estimates or calculations. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. We recommend international buyers contact their local customs office for details on any additional costs and procedures. As the buyer, you are considered the importer of record and must ensure that your purchase adheres to the regulations of the destination country.
Goods may be inspected upon arrival for customs purposes, and we cannot guarantee that packaging will be tamper-free. If import fees are due, your parcel will not be released until the charges are paid. If the payment is not made within approximately three weeks, the package will be returned to Shebag. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the order, minus the import duties and taxes incurred. Please note that Shebag does not refund these additional fees.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Shebag is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the provided information was inaccurate. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Methods
We may change the shipping method for certain destinations if a more suitable option is available. Shebag also reserves the right to adjust the chosen shipping method based on logistics needs.
